These are complete mail order instructions to order tickets through GDTSTOO.

Please use recycled paper

Tickets for each venue should be ordered separately, unless otherwise announced.
Multiple shows at the same venue may be ordered in the same envelope. In order to
increase your chances of getting tickets, you might send separate money orders per day. All
orders should be sent in a #10 sized envelope, which is a regular, business-size envelope.
Please put the name of the venue or the date of the show, and the number of tickets you want
to order on the outside of your envelope.

Include a #10 self-addressed, stamped envelope with the regular 42-cent
stamp, or a 59-cent stamp for 8 tickets and more.
(Please do not use the self adhesive type envelopes as they do not seal securely enough for tickets.)
Include a 3 x 5 index card with
your full name; return address, area code, phone number and email address
in the upper left hand corner of the card. In the middle of the card, tell us
which show(s) you want and the number of tickets you are ordering per show.
You can order up to 4 tickets per day per show, unless otherwise stated when we
announce a show. Taper tickets are required for reserved venues. We only sell a max of
2 taper tickets per order, per show. Specific taper tickets are not required for general
admission shows. In all cases you are asked to avail yourself of the specific taping section.

Your payment must be A POSTAL MONEY ORDER, or a WESTERN
UNION MONEY ORDER only. No other money orders will be accepted. No cash
and no personal checks. Make the money order payable to:

Keep your money order receipt.
If your order is not filled, your money order will
of course be returned to you.

There are various ways you can choose to have the tickets sent back to you. This
is entirely your choice. The options are as follows:

Regular mail if you feel that your mailbox is pretty secure. No extra fee is needed.
The SASE will do that job. Our Canadian and overseas patrons may add 1 US dollar to
their money Order for postage, rather than sending a postal coupon.

FedEx 2-day service. We have chosen this service not only for the fast delivery
Method, but mostly for the security it affords. The fee for this service is $15.00.
You may add the fee to your ticket money order.
We will need a daytime address and phone number for delivery purposes.
This service works best if you use an office or work address.
FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes. This service is not available for Alaska,
Hawaii, Canada and overseas countries. The fees would be prohibitive. We suggest
Priority Mail in these cases.

Priority Mail: also remains an option in general. The fee in the US is $6.00.
This option works rather well for other countries also.
For Canada the fee is $13.00.
For the rest of the world the fee is $15.00.

Registered mail remains an option. However, the time frame often makes it not a very
good one. Besides the post office has greatly increased its fees so that we will have
to increase our fee to $15.00 for this option. We realize some of you have no other choice.
Please do not put extra stamps on your return envelope for the registration fee.
You will still need to apply the regular postage of 41 or 58 cents.

Orders will be filled on a "first-come-first-served" basis by postmark
only, not by when we receive them. Sending your order by Express Mail,
Federal Express, DHL, Etc., will not expedite your order processing in any

We are not responsible for tickets lost, stolen or delivered late by the post office.
Do not use any meter strips. We will not accept metered mail. Everyone should fill
out their own order. Duplicate orders may not be filled.
Duplication may cause for all involved orders to be disqualified.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

In the case of venues with reserved and lawn tickets:
If you want to make sure that you get tickets regardless of whether they
are reserved or lawn, please include two money orders. One money order
for the lawn price, in case that's all we have left, and another money order for
the difference between reserved and lawn prices. Multiply by the
number of tickets you are ordering. If we have reserved tickets left, we
would use both money orders; if we only have lawn left, we would use just
your money order for lawn tickets and return the other money order. If
you are having your tickets sent back by Fed Ex or registered mail, add the fee
to the money order for lawn tickets.

Please note: Ticket prices listed on various “fan club” sites may be incorrect.

for the correct ticket prices and show information.
