Dear Deadhead,
Congratulations! You have been chosen at random from our mailing list to be able to purchase two tickets for our private "Deadheads only" concert at the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, New Jersey on November 24, 1978 at 8: 00 p. m.
This show will be broadcast live by over 30 radio stations throughout the country, and tickets will not be available to the public. The only way to obtain tickets is to follow these instructions carefully:
1.Tickets are. $10.00 each, and you will be allowed to purchase two. Send a certified check or money order payable to Monarch Entertainment for $20.00 for two tickets to Monarch Entertainment, c/o Capitol Theatre, 326 Monroe Street, Passaic, New Jersey 07055. Cash or regular check will not be accepted.
2.Ticket requests must be postmarked no later than November 20, 1978. DO NOT BRING YOUR REQUESTS TO THE CAPITOL - THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope
4. Your serial number is # 2348. This number is your assurance that your tickets will get to you and not someone else. Please do not give this number to anyone else, it could cause you not to receive your tickets.
5. Write your serial number down elsewhere, and send this letter back with your ticket money and your self-addressed stamped envelope. Your tickets will be mailed to you by return mail.
PLEASE do not call the Capitol or any of the Dead offices regarding this show. This mailing is the only way you will be able to receive tickets.
